When the pulseaudio server crashes or is restarted, the plasma-pa plasmoid breaks until plasma is restarted. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Restart the pulseaudio server OBSERVED RESULT The pulse-pa plasmoid now shows a speaker icon with a red cross symbol. When opening the plasmoid details, no streams or devices are shown. EXPECTED RESULT The plasmoid should reconnect to the new server and resume operation normally. Workaround: kquitapp5 plasmashell && sleep 5 && kstart plasmashell
