Ho ripristinato il tutto cancellando i file di configurazione di plasma
Adesso tutto funzione ma quando aggiungo uno spaziatore nel pannello plasma va in crash
...it just happened again...no background, no widgets; panel is ok. i tried restoring [/.local/share/plasma/] with no effect.
Looks like the same problem as everyone else with multimonitor setups have.
See: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=353722 for details, and see if the suggested workarounds help you.

nah...not the same issue. the "panel(s)" and its widgets are left intact...only the desktop widgets and desktop background vanish.
also, rebooting / logging off+on doesn't restore them...they have to be reconfigured again, each time the disappear.
still an issue in 5.18.5
