screen recording

SUMMARY
After I search for an effect, open and close its settings window and redo the search,
an effect can be listed as a blank entry in the search results. By clicking on such blank entry we can read "Author" and "License" as "%1(i18n_argument_missing)".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open system settings > workspace behavior > desktop effects
2. search for "pre"
3. hover over "Present windows" effect and click on its "Configure..." button
4. close the settings window of "Present windows" effect
4. search for "pre" again

OBSERVED RESULT
blank entry in the search results that shows "Author" and "License" as "%1(i18n_argument_missing)" on click. Watch the attached screen recording please.

EXPECTED RESULT
search results should never be blank, "Author" and "License" should always
be shown correctly.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: KDE neon Unstable Edition
KDE Plasma Version: 5.19.80
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.71.0
Qt Version: 5.14.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Sometimes I also can reproduce searching for "zoom" and "translucency",
opening and closing their settings windows (or opening and closing the settings window
of another search result) and search for them again.

But on my system it's easier to reproduce with "Present windows".
