STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open system settings > workspace behavior > desktop effects
2. search for "trag"
3. delete "g"
4. clear the search results

OBSERVED RESULT
"Mouse click animation" and "Track mouse" effects are listed twice.

EXPECTED RESULT
effects should never be listed twice

The following effects are also listed twice after the steps above:
snap helper
background contrast
blur

The duplicated entries disappear after the effects list to be scrolled donw/up.

cannot reproduce on Arch running Plasma 5.20 beta but it's still happening on neon unstable.
