You can't open the the applications after installing them from the Internet?

no i dont send applications when opened discover. for install applications i need yast. the problem is in discover because dont sent internet connections. problem for permession? problem for super user?
i need assist for this problem.
i like very the distro opensuse 15.2 beta
the problem is this because i reinstall many this opensuse 15.2 because i dont use the sistem but only windows 10, i dont such the use kmail, the sistem in global . now i instead the system very well, with kmail very performants and audio settings best.but discover failure the opened applications inglobal because dont sent internet connections. can you help me?
