SUMMARY

When in Project Bin I am not able to open/close folders in the bin with the keyboard anymore. It was possible in last 19 version with Ctrl+left/right arrow combo. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In project bin navigate to a closed (collapsed) folder containing clips.
2. Press Ctrl+Right key to open (expand).

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens(((

EXPECTED RESULT
The folder should open (expand), showing all files within it in a tree.

Confirmed: shortcut CTRL+arrow left/right don't work to open/close folders in the project bin.

Ctrl+Right and Ctrl+Left navigate guides now. Was this intended?
