SUMMARY
After adding an AV-Clip to the timeline and cutting it once the clips can no longer be assigned "Audio Reference", even if they are expanded to full length again.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add AV Clip to timeline 
2. Cut Clip into 2 or more pieces.
3. Right-Click on resulting clip

4. optionally expand cut clip to original length

OBSERVED RESULT
"Set Audio Reference" is not available


EXPECTED RESULT
"Set Audio Refernece" should be available on clips whether they have been cut or not, at least when expanded to full length again.
