SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open the settings
2. click on 'user accounts'
3. click on a profile picture to set a different one
4. try and select a .gif file

OBSERVED RESULT
the 'images' filter seems to not display .gif files even though they do work (animated ones are just still)

EXPECTED RESULT
see the .gif files in that folder

I don't know if this is a settings bug or a dolphin bug

This is fixed in toe Plasma 5.20 rewrite.
