Accessories in Apper

SUMMARY
In Apper the icon for Accessories is broken. I think it was broken since I installed Debian years ago. It also looks exactly alike on another Debian/KDE machine of mine. Previously the icon for Admin tools was broken as well. I think it's not broken anymore since the Debian9 to 10 upgrade. I attached a screenshot of it.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: 5.14.5
KDE Plasma Version: 5.14
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.54.0
Qt Version: 5.11.3

Still occurring on multiple machines with:
Linux/KDE Plasma: Debian 11
KDE Plasma Version: 5.20.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.78.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2

It still looks like that in Debian12. Now I think this is supposed to be the icon and just happens to be an icon some software uses for broken icons. Is that the case? If so this could be closed or changed to request the icon be changed...it would be good if it was changed.

This project is unfortunately no longer maintained.

If a new maintainer wants to step up and take care, the project is archived here:

https://invent.kde.org/system/apper

You can just clone it in your private namespace on invent.kde.org and if you have started to work on it and fixed/implemented something get it reviewed and the project unarchived.

Sorry for the inconveniences.
