SUMMARY
There is no way to set keyboard shortcuts for "Copy to..." and "Move to..." commands but there should be.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin normally.
2. Select Settings -> "Configure Dolphin..." and then select Services in the "Dolphin Preferences" window.
3. Enable "'Copy To' and 'Move To' commands" if it's not already enabled and click OK.
4. Select Settings -> "Configure Shortcuts..."
5. Type "copy" or "move" into the "Search..." box and notice that there is no option to set a keyboard shortcut for either "Copy To..." or "Move To..." commands.

OBSERVED RESULT
There is no option to set a keyboard shortcut for either "Copy To..." or "Move To..." commands.

EXPECTED RESULT
There should be options to set a keyboard shortcuts for each of "Copy To..." and "Move To..." commands.

Perhaps it should be possible to bind keyboard shortcuts to the Browse... commands inside both copy/move to commands.

Thank you for your report. This is a general problem with services - one cannot assign shortcuts to their actions. Fixing it will require a more low-level change in KIO FileItemActions.
