Description Milkii B 2020-05-14 11:30:12 UTC
I'm having trouble with kdeconnect-indicator. I'm using Arch Linux, with the bspwm tiling window manager and Polybar.

I have tried both the official Arch binary kdeconnect-indicator package and https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/kdeconnect-git

It's icon is not showing in the notification area icon when I launch it in .xinitrc, but it does run. I have to kill it to quit it, but after I then start it from the console I do get the tray icon. I have tried moving the location in .xinitrc to after every other startup app but with no change.

There is however this output to console at that point, "QSystemTrayIcon::setVisible: No Icon set", though I'm don't know if it's related.

This appears to be a Polybar issue
