SUMMARY
When clicking one one of the Status Panels in the lower right, suck as Battery and Brightness, clicking off of it and using another window, The Panel stays open blocking viewage of part of the screen.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click On Any Icon in Status and Notifications (Lower Right) on the Plasma Panel
2. Click Off to use a different Window


OBSERVED RESULT
Panel Stays Open, despite not being focused window.

EXPECTED RESULT
Panel Closes, No longer Focused window.

issue is also a problem with time/date applet, but not with applets from 3rd-party apps

Bug Seems to have resolved it's self with the most recent update. No idea what changed.
