SUMMARY
Wifi networks list disappears when disconnecting wifi network using the network manager.

The expected behavior should be that no list clear should happen as the disconnection button is clicked.

The list of APs is removed and re-added back in NetworkManager, it's not us who do it, therefore I'm afraid there is not much we can do.
