Hello,

I have the following error when I run:

The region is set to Romania, the laguage should be English.

The following in the ~/plasma-localerc:

[Formats]
LANG=ro_RO.UTF-8

[Translations]
LANGUAGE=en_US.UTF-8

If I remove {Translations] from the ~/plasma-localerc, I see there is American English as the current language, but there is no possibility to add a language, because it does nothing when a language is selected. But KDE menus becomes translated to Romanian.
