SUMMARY I am playing with a "vanilla" Kubuntu 20.04, italian. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open Dolphin --> Rete --> Cartelle condivise (SMB) 2. Under right: "Caricamento cartella...." 3. And no items found on smb:/ OBSERVED RESULT The same behaviour with smb4k, so it could be a missing configuration... In the same network, I can see all devices (NAS + Router->USB) with Kubuntu 19.10, without any configuration. Have you any advice for me? Sounds like you're missing samba packages. Do you have `samba-common` installed? If not, install it.
