SUMMARY
when I try to open a file from mozilla with okular it gives an error because okular could not access tmp files

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. click in a pdf file in firefox browser
2. select open with okular
3. okular will return an error message

that makes no sense, okular can open files from /tmp just fine.

You'll have to figure out what's wrong with your setup.
