Tested, no crash. Delete kdeniverc and try again. See: https://community.kde.org/Kdenlive/Configuration
Please change Kdenlive language to English and try again. What do you have as decimal separator, comma or dot?
I got the same bug. Removed %LocalAppData%\kdenliverc, changed language to English - the app still crashes when the shortcut is attempted to be changed. Where do I check the decimal separator?
Ok, princyboanalidy@gmail.com emailed me on how to check the separator. It was a comma. I swiched to dot, restarted KDEnlive and tested shortcut config - still got a crash.
With the version 20.08 the coma point issue should be solved. And some shortcut issues are solved as well. Please try with the latest version (https://kdenlive.org/en/download/)
