This is with everything KDE built from git master today on top of openSUSE Tumbleweed.

All task Switchers on my system except for Cover Flow and Flip Switch are unusable because their backgrounds, highlight effects, and sometimes windows/icons are black. See the attached video

Sorry for the abysmal video quality; it was the best I could to to get the video to fix into the 4 MB attachment limit.
