I add toolbars to Karbon that are by default disabled and they are not remembered

This happens when opening Karbon and enabling the toolbar in the main script as well as when opening a file and enabling Objects, Align and Effects toolbars

Sorry, I meant in the main view (i.e., when opening karbon with no specific open file; no idea why I said main script)

Steps to reproduce, 1, 2, 3 what you do please.

1. Open a file in a calligra app (e.g. svg file in Karbon)
2. Enable a toolbar that is not enabled by default
3. Close the file
4. Open the file again
5. The toolbar does not appear, it is again disabled

I realized this is not only in Karbon, it happens in all Calligra apps

It also happens in the main UI view (when no file is open), by default it does not show any toolbar. You can add it, but this is not saved. Next time no toolbar will be displayed.
