SUMMARY
"Dock Settings" window does not appear. However, not only the "Panel Settings" window, but also the "Dock Settings" window on the left side of the screen is perfectly appear.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install and apply the "Bare Naked" plasma style. (https://store.kde.org/p/998727)
2. try access to Dock Settings.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE neon 5.18
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.69.0

Start Latte from command line with, latte-dock -d

what is the output when you try to open Dock settings?

I tried to use it and see what is going on...

this plasma theme is broken, dont use it...
It returns faulty mask() properties.

I have sent also a comment at the kde store theme page describing exactly why this theme is not considered valid and should not be used in its current form.
