I changed this to Resource Management since it's more appropriate place for that.
This one should be working already. I'm closing because I don't see a good reason to keep RR bugs that has been fixed in the bugzilla. It is something that we'll need to test before 5.0.0 release; but it's better to keep it together with all other things we need to test, which is, in the spreadsheet.
