Actually you can observe in the video, that the text becomes sharp and blurry periodically, while I adjust the position of the UI element.

Thanks for reporting. We are aware of scaling issues. See here https://invent.kde.org/multimedia/kdenlive/-/issues/472. A solution is not found so far.
