Video, demonstrating the glitch

SUMMARY
Opening the widget panel (or a widget, like application launcher) causes visual glitches in the borders of windows of other applications.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any application with borders.
2. Move cursor to the edge of the screen to reveal the widget panel

OBSERVED RESULT
Visual glitch on the borders of opened window.

EXPECTED RESULT
No visual glitch.
