Now that I installed Kubuntu 20.04 I noticed a weird behaviour when trying to "drag out a tab from firefox". I dropped it over an open dolphin window and expected Firefox to open a new window on that screen. However, Dolphin treated it as "Drag and Drop" and prompted a dialog to create a new folder.

Can't really say anything about whether or not it's new or old, as my setup has completely changed.

On Arch Linux, Dolphin 21.04.2 triggers a dialog to create a file.
If I type a file name and click on "OK" button, nothing happens.
