Description francois5537 2020-05-02 16:58:30 UTC
SUMMARY
The KDE Connect apps keeps losing connection, this seems to be related to the recent Android location permissions. It seems to be missing 'Always allow' and should not use 'Allow only while using the app' as this causes more apps to lose track of it's connected network.

Anyway, maybe it's something else. :)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect to network
2. Loses connection
3. Select 'Allow all' in Trust networks solves it

OBSERVED RESULT
Not on a trusted network: autodiscovery is disabled.

EXPECTED RESULT
Should use full location permissions to solve it.

Is this related to bug #425381?

> Connect to wifi, open the app, go to Settings - Trusted networks, untick the checkbox to allow all networks, refresh the list. The list is empty, so the network cannot be set as trusted.

This seems to be solved a long time ago. :)
