full screen capture of Libreoffice and prin manager

SUMMARY
I attempted to print from a Dell Vostro 3550 laptop with Fedora 32 / KDE Spin installed; however the print window extended off the bottom of the screen (see attached print screen file) and I was only able to get to a piece of the PRINT button by auto-hiding the panel. (A scroll bar would come in handy.) I don't know if this is a general problem or one due to the specific printer addressed (its designation is shown in the attached print screen file).

The printer driver selected was "Toshiba 220 gutenprint"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select and install printer driver
2. Load Document
3. Attempt to print

OBSERVED RESULT
Print (manager?) window extends beyond Panel and bottom of screen, where it's inaccessible.

EXPECTED RESULT
Entire print (manager?) would be accessible.

This is an issue in LibreOffice itself as they have a custom print dialog.
