SUMMARY Incorrect scaling of mouse pointer on 150% on mouse over window title, on desktop widget and some window controls, like checkboxes. Navigate mouse pointer to window title or desktop widget. 3. OBSERVED RESULT Very small mouse pointer. EXPECTED RESULT Scaled mouse pointer. Does it happen after you change the scale and reboot?
Is this x11 or wayland? Also, iirc the auto cursor size was removed. Can you please check whether this bug is still present in 5.21 or 5.22?

The bug 416155 which is marked as duplicate has the issue on both although it doesn't have anything to do with scaling.
