SUMMARY STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Create a custom shortcut, go to system preferences -> hotkeys -> global hotkeys 2. Set the hotkey to alt+ñ or ctrl+ñ, where ñ is a letter of the spanish alphabet OBSERVED RESULT The hotkey just do nothing when triggered. However changing the hotkey to some more 'universal' combinations of keys as alt+j it works as expected. Hi Masacroso, this bug is not duplicate of bug 415995 indeed. Could you recheck if it still happens to you? What layouts do you have configured? Are you trying to trigger the shortcut on the same Spanish layout?
