SUMMARY
After upgrading to 20.04.0, start tab/window always opens $HOME and new tabs (new tab button or Ctrl+T) always show konq:blank.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Configure/General
2. Change "When Konqueror Starts"
3. Restart konqueror or open a new tab

OBSERVED RESULT
It always opens "konq:blank"

EXPECTED RESULT
Show what is in "When Konqueror Starts" or "Home page" options
