SUMMARY
If you have the global menu activated and a an app that is able to make use of it. The global menu will always be present for that app on all desktops/activities until either a new app becomes the active application or the active application is closed.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Activate the global menu widget.
2. Open an application that can make use of the global menu
3. Switch desktops or activities or both.

OBSERVED RESULT
The global menu will still be present until a new application becomes the active one or until the active application is closed.

EXPECTED RESULT
The global menu should be limited to the activity/desktop that the active application is on.
