SUMMARY
If Plasma language is brazilian portuguese, "Máscara de rede" column label is cut off in "IPv4" tab every time I open network settings.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set Plasma language to brazilian portuguese
2. set IPv4 to manual mode in your connection settings
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
"Máscara de rede" column label is not entirely readable.

EXPECTED RESULT
Label of all columns should always be entirely readable.
