Screen recording of the behavior

SUMMARY

Running a system with multiple monitors connected, I often notice there's an animation glitch on monitors with only one active window on them.

The window seems to quickly zoom in and out again, which causes a weird bouncy effect. See the attached screen recording.

EXPECTED RESULT

If there's only one window on screen, dim the screen as usual, but either keep the window's current dimensions and screen position, or only zoom into the window.
