PBM,PGM and PPM are currently supported. PAM supports alpha channel.

I believe Krita supports P*M files through QImageIOPlugin and from this website: https://doc.qt.io/archives/qt-5.13/qimagereader.html#supportedImageFormats it seems like it doesn't support PAM yet.
