SUMMARY
kf5-launch should link wayland socket from host $XDG_RUNTIME_DIR to snap $XDG_RUNTIME_DIR

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch any snap that uses kf5-launch under Wayland

OBSERVED RESULT
It produces an error that wayland socket isn't found and fallbacks to XWayland

EXPECTED RESULT
It works with native Wayland

kf5-launch is no longer used. desktop launcher from the neon-extension is used and it does support wayland.
