SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download source https://download.kde.org/stable/plasma/5.18.4/kdeplasma-addons-5.18.4.1.tar.xz
2. Check po folder in the tarball
3. Look for plasma_wallpaper_org.kde.potd.po

OBSERVED RESULT
Here is no plasma_wallpaper_org.kde.potd.po in the tarball

EXPECTED RESULT
Here should be plasma_wallpaper_org.kde.potd.po in the tarball

Svn connection exhaustion problem we noticed last week I would guess.

do not incorrectly mangle names that contain .pot twice

previously we'd substitute foo.potd.pot into foo.pod.pot. regex find the
trailing .pot not any other one
