SUMMARY
It's possible to scroll horizontal (see screenshot)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open audio settings
2. move your mouse over navigation bar on the left
3. use scroll wheel

OBSERVED RESULT
horizontal scrll

EXPECTED RESULT
nothing

This was fixed in 5.19 already.
