SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Konsole
2. Click on Konsole title bar
3. Lines, possibly GPU rendering artifacts appear on Konsole in a horizontal orientation.   
4. The lines go away when Konsole is not in focus.
