STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. search for "touchpad" kcm in the apps launcher and open it
2. increase the size of the window by dragging its bottom border
3. minimize the kcm
4. unminimize the kcm

OBSERVED RESULT
the window shrinks itself, it reverts to its initial (too small - bug 398794) size.

EXPECTED RESULT
the window should not shrink itself
