Currently all wallpapers are not preselected.

Fixed on Plasma 5.22.
Feel free to reopen if it is still not working for you Yan.

It's fixed if I set a 3rd-party wallpaper from KDE Store.
But the list of wallpapers scrolls to random position (and current wallpaper is not visible) when I open desktop settings if I set some wallpaper that comes with Plasma. Sorry for noise.
