Activating and deactivating bundles sometimes requires that krita be restarted to show the changes in the brush presets docker (in my experience).

If you deactivate the default bundle, you can't expect any of its brush presets to be available and shown in the brush presets docker. That is the point and purpose of deactivating bundles.

For some reason, the Basic-5 Size and the Eraser_Circle are maintained as default presets, separate from the default bundle (possibly in addition to the default bundle versions). That is why they are shown after you deactivate the default bundle.

Your own created brush presets will be available because they are separate from the default bundle.

If I've misunderstood your report in any way then please explain what you mean in more detail.

If I've provided an satisfactory explanation for what you see then please mark this as Resolved Not A Bug.

I expexted that brushes would be in tag after next activation default bundle. In the other words, that brushes will be connected with tag and not disconnect with it after I deactivate defauld bundle (but it will not showed when bundle is diactivated)
Or it isn't bag?
Sorry, English isn't my native language.

It probably is. We're reworking resource management system right now. Hopefully it will be fixed in Krita 5.0. We'll leave it here for now as CONFIRMED so we know it needs to be checked before we release the new version.

To work around, you should be able to restart Krita after enabling the bundle and see your tags and brushes again.
