SUMMARY
updating addons, themes, icons or cursors  doesn't work, also blocks uninstallation of the addon

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to for example plasma style tab in settings.
2. Go to "Get New Plasma Styles".
3. Click update button on updatable addon

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
Update of the addon
