SUMMARY
<C-b> not sent to tmux anymore.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
0. Start tmux
1. Press "<C-b> c"  to create a new tmux tab.
2. 
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
"c" typed at bash prompt.

EXPECTED RESULT
New tmux tab.

I would like to add that this worked until a few days ago. Also, it works with different terminal emulators (QTerminal) now.
