SUMMARY
Ripping a CD with non-Latin characters in the metadata will result in the metadata info being question marks. This only happens with the MP3 format.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try to rip a CD with non-Latin characters in the metadata.
2. Use MP3 Format

OBSERVED RESULT
The metadata is question marks.

EXPECTED RESULT
The metadata would have no question marks and non-Latin characters.
