Embedded KCM

Various KCM windows embedded inside System Settings or in standalone view often generate 2 rows of buttons where the bottom row is the common action buttons like Reset/Defaults/Apply/Cancel.

Maybe a good move would be to separate them a bit by using a thin separator (horizontal line) above the common action buttons row.

I have attached 2 screenshots with embedded KCM and standalone one to demonstrate this.

This is something we've been moving towards. The current idea is to put these buttons on a toolbar above the main view.

This is effectively fixed with the new design in Plasma 6.
