arrow cursor is out of sync with krita cursor and is only on krita when i use graphic tablete happens only on krita

Try to reinstall your tablet drivers; reset Krita's configuration (https://docs.krita.org/en/KritaFAQ.html#resetting-krita-configuration), switch between wintab and windows 8 pointer api in Krita's settings.
