SUMMARY: On dual screen setup (screen mirroring) the laptop screen sometimes has a time lag. The external screen display (via HDMI) does not have this problem. The two screens are out of sync. STEPS TO REPRODUCE: Sorry, I still have no clue about how to reproduce this. I often observed this in Firefox while watching YouTube, but this is not limited to YouTube and Firefox. I have never seen this in other desktop environments. OBSERVED RESULT: The external Full-HD-display stays in sync, but the internal Full-HD - laptop screen freezes for several seconds. EXPECTED RESULT: There should be no difference between the content of the two screens. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Manjaro Linux 19.0.2 KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.4.1-1 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.68.0-1 Qt Version: 5.14.2-1 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - Intel Pentium CPU N4200 - Intel Integrated Graphics Controller - Xorg - X Server - the laptop screen is a touch screen - 4 GB of RAM / 8 GB swap space
Is this still happening to you in Plasma 5.22?
