I just tried this a recent version (2.30.3) and could not reproduce the issue by using a regular association. I found that directional and generalization are raising such a message. Connecting an actor and a use case with a generalization does not make any sense, so directional association is probably the association type your used. Can you confirm ? If so, it would be for interest what kind of relation a directional association between an actor and a use case should be designed with ?
