E-Mail message causing the wrong behavior

SUMMARY
There is one specific address I'm getting messages that are encoded in ISO-8859-1, but quotation marsk are displayed with a weird character until I manuall set the encoding to cp 1252. It also does not recognize that the message has a html part and only displays text only.
