Audio setting dialog

SUMMARY

Unable to select Audio Profit since it is empty, even after plugging my headphone in or out.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open audio settings dialog.
2. Select "Advanced" tab.
3. Click on "Profile"

OBSERVED RESULT

Profile say "Off", and there is no other option available to get a profile. See attached pic.

EXPECTED RESULT

See a list of profiles I can select to enable Audio input to get my headset to  work!

Can you please run 'pactl list cards' and give us the output? That would help a lot.

Is it still happening with Plasma 5.19 or 5.20?

It is still happening with my FiiO BTR 5 device which connects via USB. I just woke my PC from sleep, my device is not detected. I always have to un-plug, plug in device.

If I use regular headphones, when I plug them into the headphone jack, I get no audio also and I don't see anything appear in the audio setting to allow me to select it.


I am on KDE Plasma 5.19.5
