Here you can see bug clearly

SUMMARY
Bug with context menu items color when menu is semi-transparent (Breeze theme) in some applications.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to "Settings" > "Application Style"
2. Go to "Breeze" > "Configure style"
3. Go to tab "Transparency" and set slider about 50%
4. Install qbittorrent or latte-dock (the bug appears in some apps)

For QBittorrent:
1. add any torrent
2. right click by it
3. move mouse cursor through context menu

For Latte Dock:
1. add shortcut to Dolphin
2. click it by right mouse button 
3. set mouse cursor to "Recent" or "Search For"
4. move mouse cursor through items in submenu

OBSERVED RESULT

When mouse cursor leaves menu item, this menu item have weird color like selected items.

EXPECTED RESULT

When mouse cursor leaves menu item, this menu item should be colored as it be before

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

I have been see that bug in some other applications.
If I'm using Wayland this bug doesn't appear.
